Inspection Trip

1st Day

Arrival to Altinkum in Turkey. Your transfer from the airport will be arranged by a registered Tourism & Travel Agency, with who we work side by side and who will take you to your accommodation where you will stay during your inspection trip.

If you arrive during the day, you will be welcomed by a representative from BBCG Construction on yur arrive. If you arrive in the late hours of the night, you will meet with the representatives from BBCG Construction the next day.

2nd Day

After breakfast (at approximately 10am) our English speaking property specialist will collect you from your accommodation and take you to our office for an informal welcome meeting. There you will be provided with information on properties which meet your specifications; and details of our new developments. Your property specialist will then take you to view the properties you have selected. Thereafter, you will be taken back to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the evening.

3rd Day

After breakfast (at approximately 10am) you will be collected from your accommodation to revisit the properties you shortlisted from the day before.

If you decide to purchase property on this day, you will be able to pay the deposit either by cash, travellers cheques or debit/credit card. You can also open a bank account (optional). We will take you to the solicitor where you will be accompanied by a qualified legal English speaking interpreter – who will prepare your sales agreement in both languages – Turkish and English. These sales agreements will be signed by yourself (the buyer) and the seller. Please note that the legal process can take a max. of three hours.

Afterwards you will be transported to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the day.

4th Day

Time permitting, if you hadn't previously decided to purchase a property, and have now decided, we can take you through the itinerary as mentioned above. If you have purchased a property and you wish, we can take you to furniture shops, where you can choose your furniture, white goods, curtains to your taste.

At the time of departure, the representative from the Tourism & Travel Agency will collect you from your accommodation and escort you to the airport for your journey home.

Note:
Should you decide to purchase property during the inspection trip our After Sales service team could take you to look for furniture, appliances and curtains. If you have purchased an off plan property, on completion of your property we could arrange to have the furniture, appliances and curtains delivered on your behalf.

Refunds:
If you book your inspection trip through us in advance and pay a deposit on a property (non-refundable) during the trip, BBCG Construction will refund the expenses of your transfer, accommodation and flight tickets up to 1,000 GBP for maximum 2 person.

If you don’t purchase a property during your inspection trip, we can just offer you free accommodation if you decide to have accommodation in a self catering apartment.

If you decide to purchase a property from our company after you have returned to your home, we will refund the transfer, accommodation and flight tickets expenses then.
