3 bedroom duplex – the duplexes are located on the second and the top floor of A, B, C and D blocks. 
All the duplexes are having 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. From this floor marble stairs are leading to the top floor, where you will find a master bedroom and another bathroom with shower and toilet, living room area with modern open plan fitted kitchen. From the living room you enter to the large sun terrace and you can enjoy the sea views. 

4 bedroom duplex – the duplexes are located on the second and top floor of A and B block. All the duplexes are having 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor from where a marble stairs are leading to the top floor. On the top floor there are another 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet, living room area with modern open plan fitted kitchen. From the living room you enter to the large sun terrace with amazing sea views. 

As Sun Gate Complex is our own development, we do not charge any agency commission on the properties at this complex. 

Yearly maintenance fee of 350gbp.
